    5 weeks to ship

    When I purchased it online it said the ship date was in 4 to 5 day. 5 weeks later still no part. I called to cancel to order only to be told they had shipped it. It had not yet left the shipper per the tracking number provided so i asked them to not ship it. They said it had to ship and then refuse delivery. Now we are about 6 weeks into this deal. I hope to receive my refund soon. Not real confident that it will happen. I switched my forklift to gas as I could not get along without it for so long. I would hope that they would be upfront in the future about the availability of the parts they sell.

  • I was able to find a part a control valve for my Old Clark C500 for 1/2 of the price the dealer was asking for. I only have one forklift and I don't need to repair it all the time but if I have to do this again, I will surely be coming here for my parts.
