Brush Rolls and Bristle Strips for Sweepers and Scrubbers

There are many brands and types of brush rolls and bristle strips in the market that are designed for industrial use. However, for a business owner or operator to pick the most authorized and most quality-checked set of rolls and strips available, one should go for a brand that’s already trusted by the public, tracked by the right government inspection bodies and, most importantly, tested and proven in field experiments.

Roller brushes are used for brushing machines and coating or finishing a machine’s steel exterior. These rollers are usually made of ebonite coating that is layered over an MS roll to avoid rusting on the steel surface attached to it. Many of these brushes are made available for different specific requirements and are usually made in close compatibility with the bristle strips for the machine.

Bristle strips, on the other hand, can be made of nylon, pig hair, abrasive bristle or Mexican fiber bristle, and are used differently, depending on the kind of work to be done on the machine. What most people don’t know is that these bristle types vary, too, in their level of sturdiness. For industrial use, it’s important to go for brush rollers and bristle strips that are dimensionally accurate, as well as durable for any type of corrosion or moisture issue that could occur in the machine.

There are some rollers with a specific set of dimensions that can’t be used in machines with customized specs. It’s important, then, to make sure that the bristle strips to be enforced come with the right measurements.
